California Moving Systems has been using Mover's Suite
software since May of 2005. From the early stages of the process
to the demonstration and implementation, the process was handled with the
utmost professionalism.
The system, from a management point of view, is a very robust product.
We are able to extract financial information in as much detail
as needed. Our ability to get timely financial
data has never been so easy. With the reports they provide, we are better able to get
important financial data sooner which enables us to make informed
decisions. I am also particularly impressed with the revenue as
well as commission entry aspects of the system. Since the revenue
and direct expenses (Owner operator and Sales commission) are entered
at the same time, by the same user, it has reduced the time it
takes to gather the information and has automated much of the process
for us. It has also improved our ability to match those two components
for reporting purposes.
I have never experienced the level of support I get from
any other software company. Their response is timely and they
go the extra mile to make sure that any issues or problems
are completely resolved. A prime example of this occurred in October when
we had a major hardware failure. Matt Saad stepped right in to assist
with the problem. He made himself available after normal business hours
without hesitation in order to get the system up and running. Matt
played a huge role in getting our problem resolved quickly.
Mover's Suite is an extremely stable
and mature product.
We rarely have any type of issues that would cause a reduction
in productivity as we did with our previous system. Overall I
am very impressed with the level of commitment Mover's Suite
has to their product, company and clients.
