Mergenthaler Transfer and Storage

Jim and Allan, I just wanted to take a couple a couple of minutes to give you both a report on how our first couple of weeks has gone. I was a little nervous going in to the training on Monday March 12th feeling like we might not have been far enough along, but oh well here we go. The first couple of calls were a little stressful but after an hour we were up and running and all went well. The first couple of days we had the "why doesn't it do this and why can't it do that" but overall by last Friday most of the users were liking what they saw and anxious for this week. Now after 3 of the 5 offices are up and running on Mover's Suite as well as IGC, they really like what is happening and all are mentioning the reduction of hours that the package is going to bring to their desk.

MS is awesome! My hat is off to you Jim for your vision and perseverance in getting to this level. Anita has been great to work with her knowledge of the industry along with her knowledge of the product is a perfect match for a great launch.
