Provide all aspects of implementation, analysis, process mapping, training and support for new and existing clients on the use of Microsoft Dynamics GP and Mover's Suite Software (MSS) to meet business requirements.
Essential Job Functions:

Implementation and support of GP software, remotely and at client sites.
2.
Support existing client base with day-to-day issues.
3.
Providing input and advice regarding GP software capabilities and functions to client organizations.
4.
Responsibilities for software configuration, documentation, implementation, training and support of GP software.
5.
Analyze and develop recommendations to meet deliverable targets and complete project tasks within timeline and to clients' satisfaction.
6.
Identify assignment conflicts and issues and communicate to Director.
7.
Build positive client relationships while developing an understanding of customers' businesses.
8.
Participate in department/company initiatives (functional and technical analysis, documentation, development, testing, etc).
9.
Travel as required.
10.
Increase moving industry knowledge.
Essential Job Requirements:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Two years of customer support experience and two years experience working directly with an accounting/finance software package.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously.
Strong customer relationship skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities and ability to meet reasonable deadlines.
Strong team player, ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within the organization and with customer personnel.

Ability to work with little supervision.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Microsoft SQL; Office 2003
Understanding of all aspects of the professional moving industry.
