Accounting & Financial Services (AFS)
Revenue Entry
Gain complete control over revenue line items, commissions,
and third-party payables through agency distributions, automatic
allocations and dynamic invoicing. Reduce repetitive accounting entries
by importing billing information from various sources including services
from Local Dispatch, van line downloads, and 3rd party rating tools.
Recurring Billing
Control the potentially complicated storage management
and recurring billing environment with this comprehensive and flexible
feature. Generate all accounting transactions and invoices in a single
batch for SIT, Perm Storage, or any other type you'd like to bill
in a recurring fashion.
Payment Management
Manage all customer payments, split van line settlement
statements over multiple orders, and make real-time adjustments using
our batch processing environment. Apply payments directly to individual
items, invoices, entire orders, or manually choose a general ledger
account. Allocate chargebacks across multiple vendors.
Cash Receipts
Create cash receipts quickly and easily that are tightly
integrated with Payment Management. Isolating security to this module
allows anyone to create accurate receipts without requiring access
to sensitive areas of the application; keeping your accounting processes
in line with GAAP.
Customer Statements
The integrated customer statement module in Mover's
Suite allows for total flexibility and control over the creation
of customer statements. In addition to information found on a standard
customer statement, the outstanding balances are categorized by customer,
order number, and invoice number. Choose to run for one or all
Branches, Customer Classes and Customers. A comprehensive Re-Print
module allows for quick re-printing of any number of historically
run statements.
Order Inquiry
Easily review all accounting transactions generated
for a specific order using our flexible Great Plains Order Inquiry
tool in one screen - a complete audit trail. This powerful module
allows users to see the data at transaction or distribution levels;
total flexibility over grouping and sorting allows the user to see
the data the way they need to work with it.
