Truly an innovation in the Moving and Storage Industry, the Mover's Suite Claims module allows organizations to capture and track an unlimited number of claims per order. On each claim, enter as many items as the shipper reported, recording information about the type of damage, status, and claimed amount. After attaching settlement information, liability/chargebacks, and receivables to each claim item, simply push a button to generate all of the necessary accounting transactions. Finally, when the van line settlement statement arrives, utilize the Claims Payment Process to easily reconcile each payment against the transactions originally posted on the claim all the way down to the service code level.
