At the completion of the service request, the actual amount of containers can be updated through the dispatching service interface.

 

Entering Actual CPU Amounts

1.   Access the Mover’s Suite application,

2.   Go into the Local Dispatch interface,

3.   Locate the service request from within the assignment grid for the desired order,

4.   Click on Enter Actuals and the Release Work Ticket dialog will appear,

5.   Click on the Containers, Packing and Unpacking button to open the Update Containers, Packing and Unpacking dialog,

6.   Enter Actual number of Containers, Packing, and Unpacking for corresponding material types (Description),

TIP: A user can use Tab to navigate through all the entries.

 

7.   Click on Crates to update the crating information, if necessary,

8.   Click the Done button to keep the changes and to close the dialog.

 

Once completed, there should be estimated and actual values associated to an order record.  The quantities entered for the actual can be referenced again within Revenue Entry, as part of the revenue generation process.
