The Advance Processing interface allows a user to generate financial transactions and to optionally create an upload file for the selected records.
Access the Advance Processing interface through the main toolbar by Accounting Tools > Advance Processing.

Similar to the Advance Management module, the Advance Processing interface contains a grid which displays all pending advances. Other features are highlighted in the image below.

Selection grid displays all pending advance transactions. Data fields included in the grid are as follows: Branch – Branch that the driver is assigned to Name – The name of the driver receiving the advance Amount – The dollar amount of the advance Date – Date that the advance was issued Authorized By – The application user that created the advance in Advance Management Reason – Description for advance entered when the advance was created Order Number – The order that the advance was placed under Trip Number – The trip that the advance was placed under Manual Banking Service Send flag – Flag indicating that the record will not be included in an upload to the banking service provider (when checked)
