Rating information can be entered manually by a user within Mover’s Suite, or the system can be setup up to pull in rating information from the Rates table. In the latter case, a Rate Plan must be assigned to the order, in addition to the Item Code, for which the application will return rating information.
If the application is unable to locate the rating information (Rates table) for the combination of Rate Plan and Item Code, then the rating information must be entered by hand.
This chapter is designed to instruct a user on how to use the rating system to its full advantage. The focus of which will be on having all the available rating information pulled from the Rates table, instead of having it manually entered by a user.
