Setting the Image URL for a van line will allow it to be displayed on invoices, quotes, and statements as defined within the Defining a Invoice Properties record for Customer Statements setup.  The URL specified must match the name associated to a particular file uploaded into Microsoft Reporting Services and is described within the Uploading an image using Microsoft Reporting Services section.

 

Setting the Image URL for a Vanline

1.   In Mover’s Suite Administration,

2.   Open the MMS > General > Van Line setup,

3.   Click in the Image URL column for the appropriate Van Line ID record,

4.   Enter the Image URL.  This is the name assigned to the file uploaded into Microsoft Reporting Services.  The name entered here must match exactly to that to the uploaded file,

5.   Press Save to associate the image to the van line record,

6.   Repeat steps 3 through 5 for other van line records.
