A user will receive a “Mover’s Suite could not send the email message!” error when the application encounters a problem attempting to send the email using the QuickSend utility.

If this error is encountered, then a system administrator or IT professional will need to evaluate the setup described within this section and/or check the system log files for a source of the problem. The most likely cause of the error, however, results from a user not being setup correctly on the system.
If Microsoft Outlook is not installed, or not installed correctly, Microsoft Office will display “An extension failed to initialize” error.

If this error is encountered, an IT professional will need to verify that the Microsoft Outlook is installed and accessible on the client machine.
