Email Option Description

Description

Accept Self Haul

Occurs when the Request Self Haul has been authorized through the Move Information tab and a message is sent with a subject line of “Self Haul authorization” and includes the following information:

Shipper

Load Date

Estimate Number

Message of “Please review this order as soon as possible.”

 

Cancel Service

When a service is cancelled in Local Dispatch a message is sent with a subject line of “Local Service Canceled” and contains the following information: 

Order Number

Shipper

Service (description)

Canceled by (user)

 

Claim Alert

When a Claim Notification note is created on the system a message is sent with a subject line of “Claim Notification” and contains the following information: 

Order Number

Shipper

Alert Description (contents of note)

Logged by (user)

Logged on (date)

 

Clear Service

Occurs when a service has been cleared in Local Dispatch and a message is sent with a subject line of “Cleared Service” and includes the following information:

Message: “The following service(s) have been cleared by dispatch.

Order Number

The following information repeats as needed:

Service Date

Service (description)

Number of Crew  assigned to Service

Number of Hours assigned for Service

Totals listed for the following:

Total Number of Crew for all Services

Total Number of Hours for all Services

 

Decline Service

Occurs when a service has been cleared in Local Dispatch and a message is sent with a subject line of “Cleared Service” and includes the following information:

Message: “The following services have been declined by dispatch.

Order Number

 

The following information repeats as needed:

Service (description)

Number of Crew  assigned to Service

Number of Hours assigned for Service

 

Totals listed for the following:

Total Number of Crew for all Services

Decline Reason (note)

Occurs when the status of service has changed in Local Dispatch and a message is sent with a subject line of “Dispatch Status Changed” and includes the following information:

Message: “Dispatch has set the following dispatch status.”

Dispatch Status Changed To (new Dispatch Status)

Edit Service

Occurs when a service is edited through Local Dispatch and a message is sent with a subject line of “Local Service Changed” and includes the following information:

Message: “The following service has been Changed by dispatch.”

Request Self Haul

Occurs when the Request Self Haul has been requested through the Move Information tab and a message is sent with a subject line of “Request Self Haul” and includes the following information:

Sales Lead

When a Sales Lead is created a message is sent with a subject of “Calendar Appointment Added” along with the following information:

Message “User” + user + “ has added an appointment to your calendar for the “ + estimated date + “. Please check your calendar.”
