Estimates can be entered for material types defined for each of the Container, Packing, and Unpacking categories through the Update Containers, Packing and Unpacking dialog. Access to this dialog is available through the CPU Quantities button found within the Move Information tab of any order.
Entering Estimates for Materials
1. Access the Mover’s Suite application,
2. Use the Find feature to locate and retrieve a household goods (Order Information) or International order,
3. Access the Move Information tab,
4. Click on the CPU Quantities button and the Update Containers, Packing and Unpacking dialog should appear,

5. Enter Estimate values for the expected number of Containers, Packing, and Unpacking for corresponding material types (Description),
TIP: A user can use Tab to navigate through all the entries.
6. If crating is required for the service request, then click on Crates to add an item and open the Crating Information dialog,
a) Click on Add and the Add Crate dialog will appear,

b) Enter values for a Description, Quantity, Height, Width and Length,

c) Click Save to keep the entry,
d) Click Done when ready to exit the dialog and go back to the Update Containers, Packing and Unpacking dialog,

7. Click on the Done button to close the dialog and to keep the changes.
These quantities will be available throughout the application and can be modified, as needed.
At this point, the local services for the move may be sent to Local Dispatch, where the dispatcher can view the estimates, produce a work ticket, and update the actual amounts after the move has completed.
