Defining Event Types
1. Access the Mover’s Suite Administration Tool,
2. Open the Safety Systems Event Type setup area through MMS > Safety,

Figure 20: Mover's Suite Administration > MMS > Safety > Safety System Equipment Event Type setup
3. Enter a Description by clicking on the “Click here to add a new row” below the column heading. These values will be available as options when creating the event logs on equipment,
4. Set a System Type flag for only one entry within this setup. The Description of the record containing this flag will be used when an Administrative Hold is placed. Important: Setting the System Type field for more than Description will cause them to be unavailable to the application,
5. Press the Tab key to save the record,
6. Repeat steps 4 through 5 to add other Event Types for equipment.
The entire procedure above can be repeated for the Safety System Personnel Event Type definitions. These will be the options available to a user when logging safety events on personnel records.
