Q: What buttons will be listed in bold font when data exists for them?
A: Many buttons within Mover’s Suite will display in bold text font. This indicates that data exists for the current record within the displayed area. If Storage-in-Transit (SIT) data exists for a record, for example, then the Billing Information > SIT Information button will be bold font.
The following buttons within Mover’s Suite will display in bold if data exists behind them:
• SIT Information
• Extra Stop (in Order Details dialog only)
• CPU Estimate (in Order Details dialog only)
• Special Instructions
• Shipment Details
• Trade Show Information
• Day Note (in Local Dispatch)
• Assigned Lead Driver (in Local Dispatch)
• Requested Services (in Local Dispatch)

Note: More buttons will have this feature enabled for them in future releases of Mover’s Suite.
Q: Does Mover’s Suite utilize smart text in any of its date fields?
A: Yes. All date fields within Mover’s Suite will recognize the following smart text values. Begin typing “tomorrow” within the Move Information > Pack Dates field, for example, and the application will not only recognize which word a user is typing and auto-fill the remaining letters, but it will also insert the date value for the next calendar day.
