A generic user is needed to log activity and notes under. Define a generic user within the Web Administration Tool > User Setup > Personnel setup. This user must have the following fields set:
• First Name/MI
• Last Name
• Employee #
• Status (ACTIVE)
• Default Branch
All other fields are optional and Mover’s Suite typically defines this user upon initial installation with a Last Name of “Application” and a First Name of “External.”
