Rating information can be automatically downloaded from a van line and imported directly into an order record.  For these records, the Item Code (through Rate Plan assignment) associated to the order is used to direct the posting to the correct financials. 

 

Aside from this use, the import updates detail records directly without benefit of the automatic features of the Rating Systems.
