The following items are included as part of the upgrade for the enhancement for licensing:

•      User licensing has been added to the Mover’s Suite application

•      Updated Web Administration Tool includes new Web User Setup screen, licensing warnings and errors display, and license key setup

•      Enhancements have been made throughout the application to minimize the need to establish duplicate system user records; Free Tasks are visible to all users; Cash Receipts users can access across multiple branches; multiple invoice documents can be assigned to a user

•      Updated User Details List report now lists the total number of users defined with User Setup records (and count towards the user license requirement).  See the Reporting Enhancements section for details

Some of these enhancements are further described below.

 

New License Key Registration Setup Screen

A new screen has been added to allow for user to enter product registration numbers for the Mover’s Suite application and for the Web Administration Tool.  The new setup area is located in Web Administration > Common > License Key Registration.

New Web Client User Setup                          

A separate Web Access setup area has been created to distinguish system users from external web access clients.  This also reduces the number of licensed users that need to be defined to grant access through the web portal.

License tracking information is now available within Web Administration Tool > Personnel > User Setup for each employee.

Enhanced Web Administration Tool Warnings

Administrators will be notified when the number of licensed users has been exceeded and will be alerted when the license key is invalid.
