The Menu Bar contains a list of menu options that when clicked on will display further options.

The following drop-down menu options are available through the application’s Menu Bar:
File
GoTo
Tools
Reports
Accounting Tools
Third Party Applications
Help
The drop-down menu options may contain a checkmark symbol. This symbol indicates which screen was last accessed.
A second symbol is used to let the user know that a sub-menu of more options is available. The user can simply click on the line containing this symbol to view the sub-menu.
