The Outlook setting within the System File (SysFile) determines what action is performed by the Calendar button and is administrated through the Mover’s Administration > Common > General > SysFile setup area. The table below lists the available Outlook options and descriptions.
Option values greater than “0” require users to be defined within Microsoft Exchange Server (the server that drives Microsoft Outlook).

Turned off The Calendar button is disabled within the application. No Calendar button will appear within Mover’s Suite with the option set to this value. |

Full Integration The Calendar button is enabled and a user can access all enabled user’s calendars (full integration). Select this option to allow a user access the calendar of any user set within the field next to the Calendar button. |

Partial Integration The Calendar button is enabled and only the calendar belonging to the local user logged into Microsoft Windows will be accessible. |
