The following items are included as part of the upgrade for the enhancement to Notes:

•      Ability to append a note has been added

•      Note tab and windows have been updated to offer the ability to expand and collapse the data displayed

 

These enhancements are described in detail below.

New Grid Design

Note grids throughout the application have been redesigned to allow more items to display within the data grid and the user has the choice to condense or expand the message display.  Right-mouse click options have been added to allow quick access to record and grid functions.

Append a Note

Ability to append to a note through a right-mouse click option or through the detailed Note dialog is now available.  The appended note will be attached to the same subject header as the original note and will be included in van line imports and exports.

Note: The Append Note option will not be available through the Dispatch Center grid in Local Dispatch.  A user will still be able to view notes and add or append notes through the Order Notes tab.

 

 

Updated Note Screen

The Note screen has been updated to accommodate the ability to append a note.  Access to append the note is also available.
