The Quote tab allows a user to navigate between multiple quote records.  The New and Edit buttons allows a user to access the Manage Quote interface, where specifics of the quote record can be defined.

Quote records will not be displayed upon an initial entry into the Quote tab.  A user will need to select one from the selector:

In addition to viewing and selecting a record, a user can Copy the active record into a new, complete record.  They can also generate quote-related output by using the Reports/Letters menu option, as well.
