This report allows a user to select the Rate Matrix from a drop-down list available from within the Report Viewer.  When the report is generated, it displays a graphical interpretation of the Rate Matrix, similar in form to what is displayed in the Details tab of the Rate Matrix setup (Web Administration Tool).
