The following items are included as part of the upgrade for the enhancement to Recurring Billing:

•      Billed items belonging to a pending billing run cannot be modified or deleted

•      New Invoice Report option available (refer to the Reporting Enhancements for details)

•      Activity Log within Recurring Billing Setup now includes all activity associated to a billing record

 

Some of these enhancements are described in detail below.

 

Pending Billing Run Disables Billing Items Edit

A user will be unable to edit or delete a Billing Item if it belongs to a billing run that is either processing or in a pending state.  The Edit, Delete, and End Billing buttons will all be disabled in such cases.

Activity Log has been Enhanced

Activity log now lists all activity associated to a billing record including when the billing was finalized (ended).
