All prior statement runs are available to a user within the Customer Statement Reprint interface.  A user can easily search and locate a prior statement run and view the actual contents of the run within the View Reports window.

The View and View Run options are available once a statement is selected.  The View option will display the statements for selected records, while the View Run will include all statements associated to a particular run.

 

All the information pertaining to a particular run, as entered in the Generate Statements interface, can be accessed through the Run Details feature (near the bottom of the interface).

 

The following procedure details how a user can view the statements of a prior run.

 

Accessing Customer Statements from a prior run

1.   In the Mover’s Suite application,

2.   Open Accounting Tools > Customer Statement Reprint and the Reprint Statements interface will open,

3.   Optionally select a Search By value and choose All or select from the list of available types,

4.   Select a Statement Date option to include All or specify a From and To range.  Note:  Once a change is made in either the Search By or Statement Date section the application will automatically generate a list of statements to select on,

5.   Select statements to include in the reprint by placing a check in the box associated with the desired row.  Note:  A user can press the Select All or Unselect All buttons (available at the bottom of the interface),

6.   Selecting View will launch a View Reports window containing all selected statements.  The output of a View or View Run will be the same as that described in the Generating Customer Statements section,

7.   Selecting View Run will launch a View Reports window containing all statements for the run of the currently selected statements.  Note: If the statements selected are for different runs, this option will not be available,

8.   Selecting Run Details will open the Statement Run Details window and will display all the properties for the run associated to the last selected statement.

9.   Select the Close button to exit the Reprint Statements screen.
