Tables used by CPU and Crates

 

Table

Description

CrateItemCodeMap

This table serves only to link the Crate records to an Item Code.

LSCrates

This is a detailed record of the crate data for a local service order.

LSMaterial

Detailed record of the material items being referenced under a local service order. 

MaterialCPUType

These are the preset CPU Type records used to categorize materials under, e.g. Container, Packing and Unpacking are the three preset values.

NOTE:  Data in this table should only be modified by Mover’s Suite.

MaterialItemCodeMap

This table links the Materials defined in Web Administration to one of the three CPU Types (Container, Packing or Unpacking) and to an Item Code.

MaterialType

These are the user-defined materials as set within Web Administration.  This table contains the description and sort order for each Material item created.

Available from within the Administration Tool is the option to set the Always Display On Work Ticket option.  When this flag is set, then the item Description will always appear on the Work Ticket report.

OrdCrates

All the details entered for each Crates record created for each order record is stored here.  Description, Quantity, Height and Width are just a few of the fields that can be referenced within.

OrdMaterial

Details of what materials and their estimated quantity assigned are stored in this table for each order.

XmlItemCode

This table is referenced by the import process and links an incoming item to either an Item Code or a Materials record; either is not required to be set.
