A: The most efficient method to submit a support incident is through the Customer Support Website. Incidents submitted through the support website are automatically prioritized in the support queue and will be resolved accordingly.  Incidents submitted via telephone (with the exception of emergency incidents) are entered into the support queue at the close of business and will be prioritized for resolution the next business day.
