This report lists all unregistered orders within a specified date range.

Parameters

 

Parameter	Description
Branch ID	Select *(all branches) to include all branches, or select branches from the drop-down list.
Sort by	Select a value to sort the data report on from the following: Salesperson, Transportation Coordinator, Origin State, Destination State, Commodity.
Estimated Load Date From	Enter the Start Load date to begin selecting records on.
Estimated Load Date To	Enter the Start Load date to end selecting records on.

 

Orders must have Start Load date within the specified date range, not have a status of Cancelled, Lead, Voided, or Will Advise, and must not have the Van Registration Date set.

The report is grouped by Branch.

 

Header Information

 

Header data includes the following:

•      (Branch ID),

•      Branch Description,

•      Total Unregistered Orders for the Branch.

 

Detail Information

 

The report lists the following detailed items:

•      Order Number,

•      Shipper,

•      Origin State,

•      Destination State,

•      Commodity,

•      Order Status,

•      Transportation Coordinator,

•      Salesperson,

•      Estimated Pack Date,

•      Estimated Load Date,

•      Estimated Delivery Date,

•      Van Number.

 

Report Totals

 

The report lists the grand Total Unregistered Orders.
