Tasks can be designed to work with the Find, as well.   If a system is set up accordingly, the Select a Task Group field within Find > Store Information can be used to select by a company name.

Using the example above, all orders that have “Company #1” for a Task Group will be included in the Find’s search results.

To set this up, an administrator can create a generic Task Definition, such as “Household Goods” (Generic Move Tasks in the examples), and then create and associate unlimited company-named Task Groups.

Note to Administrators: Mover’s Suite recommends that the Account setting within the Task Setup be set to the “Generic Account” for this type of Task Definition.

All the setup involved with Tasks is found within the Web Administration Tool > Common > Task Setup.
