The option to select records based on an affiliation with a van line is available within most Find screens through the Van Line button.  This button accesses the Find: Van Line dialog where the user can select from the list of available van lines or choose to include all.  By default, the All option is selected.

The list of van lines included in the Van Line dialog is limited to the van lines associated to the branches that the user has been assigned to through their personnel settings.  If a user can access Branch A and Branch B, which are associated to “Mayflower Van Line” and “United Van Line”, then the options in the van line find would resemble that depicted in Figure 11.
