Is there a quick way of identifying all branches associated to the service branch in Local Dispatch?
There's a quick way to identify which branches are grouped together when managing services through Local Dispatch. The Branch selector field within the Day Notes tab contains a menu of all branches linked together through the Dispatching Common View setting in Branch Setup (in MoversSuite Administration (web)).

What special characters, such as an underscore or a question mark, are not supported as SharePoint file names?
There are some restrictions when it comes to naming files and file folders for use with Microsoft SharePoint and MoversSuite Document Management (and basically any other application running on Microsoft Windows). The following link is to an article that describes such restrictions.
