MoversSuite software – Software for movers
Move Management Services (MMS)
Household Goods
Record a broad range of order information including lead capture, all pertinent dates, local services, and overall move information.
Special Commodities
In addition to the information captured for a HHG order, 3rd Proviso information can be entered and tracked as the order progresses.
Local Dispatch
For each day of service, organize and assign crew and equipment, create work tickets, build new services on the fly, and control service schedules for multiple branches in one easy to use view.
Long Distance Dispatch
Coordinate long distance trips, drivers, loads, and driver advances.
Military and Government
The military requires additional information unique to a government/military move, and MoversSuite software gives the user the ability to enter this information and report from it conveniently - from general information such as GBL Number, Base and Carrier information to 1840 scoring information. Integrated reporting allows the user to quickly generate and auto-populate the necessary military forms, such as the DD619 and SF1113.
International
Shipping Information allows the user to track service providers, dates, ports and more. The Container/Liftvan/Airbox screen allows the user to track container, lift van and air box information. The Quote screen allows the user to create a detailed quote for the move. In addition, much of the international related data fields are available as bookmarks for creating Word merge letters and all of the dates can be used to dynamically drive tasks in the Task Workflow Management module. Finally, the entire MoversSuite software application supports the entry of international phone numbers and addresses.
Account Profile
The purpose of this module is to reduce redundant information entry, place tighter controls on the order entry workflow, and give users access to account-specific information. The module provides a way to setup a template of information per Account including typical tasks to be performed each time, rate plans used for the account, contracts negotiated with the account, and special instructions. It provides the tools to inquire what services the shipper needs and to compare those services to those that are authorized services, as defined by the account profile. Many movers are faced to absorb the cost of services provided because at the time they are requested by the shipper, sales and coordinators do not have this information at their finger tips. As a coordinator creates a new order, selecting an account profile will auto-populate a variety of fields; thus controlling the process for each national account move and enforcing consistency all the way through to the General Ledger.
Task Workflow Management
Auto-created tasks controlled by user-setup templates keep every participant of an order within the organization on track throughout each segment of a move. Each task is dynamically driven off of move-specific dates such as pack, load, and delivery dates to ensure that as a date is changed, so is the due date for the task. In addition, users can create tasks on-the-fly to help manage any unforeseen needs on a per-order basis.
Claims
Truly an innovation in the Moving and Storage Industry, the MoversSuite Claims module allows organizations to capture and track an unlimited number of claims per order. On each claim, enter as many items as the shipper reported, recording information about the type of damage, status, and claimed amount. After attaching settlement information, liability/chargebacks, and receivables to each claim item, simply push a button to generate all of the necessary accounting transactions. Finally, when the van line settlement statement arrives, utilize the Claims Payment Process to easily reconcile each payment against the transactions originally posted on the claim all the way down to the service code level.
