The Advance Management interface is available from within both Local and Long Distance Dispatch and is used to generate and void advances to a driver. To access this interface in Local Dispatch, right-mouse click on a crew member and select the Advance Management option.

The Advance Management interface is available from Long Distance Dispatch through the Advances button within the Current Driver Activity tab.

Entering advances within Advance Management does not create any accounting transactions. It only establishes a pending advance within the system and allows it to be available to the Advance Processing interface; where accounting transactions can be produced.
A user has the ability in Advance Management to void an
advance that has not been processed.
