If the administrative setting to Auto Upload to Provider option is enabled, MoversSuite will automatically upload a file to the banking service provider’s main frame via File Transfer Protocol (FTP).

 

The administrative FTP settings in Advanced Setup provide the data needed to log into the provider’s mainframe.   The following error will be seen at the time of the upload attempt if the service provider’s setup is not correct (referring specifically to the FTP settings).
