Actual counts are updated from within Local Dispatch only.

Entering Actual CPU Counts

1.   In MoversSuite,

2.   Access Local Dispatch,

3.   Locate and select the appropriate service request from within the main Dispatch Center grid,

4.   Press Enter Actuals and the Release Work Ticket dialog will appear,

5.   Press Containers, Packing and Unpacking to open the Update Containers, Packing and Unpacking dialog,

6.    Enter Actual counts accordingly,

7.   If crating information is needed or needs to be updated, click on Crates to access the Crating Information dialog.  Note:  Crating is not considered part of the container estimates or actual counts. 

Add Crating Information

a)   Click on Add and the Add Crate dialog will appear,

b)   Enter values for a Description, Quantity, Height, Width and Length,

Note:  All values for Description, Quantity, Height, Width, and Length are considered in inches.

c)   Click Save to keep the entry and to close the dialog.

8.   Click Done to close the dialog and to keep the changes.

 

Once Actual counts have been added to a service it can be imported into Revenue Entry.

 

The CPU estimate counts can be view through the CPU Estimate option available through the Order Details functionality found in Recurring Billing Setup Claims.
