The Extra Stops tab is divided into two sections, one that defines additional stops and one that defines the links between stops associated with the move.
Common uses of an Extra Stop:
• Temporary storage (agent assigned or not)
• Customer request to pickup or drop off goods at a separate location
• Transferring goods from one agent or vendor to another
The Extra Stop Information section can be used to define stop information that occurs outside of the origin and destination information set within the Moving From and Moving To sections within the Name, Address, Phone tab. Documenting and tracking multiple delivery and pickup locations used as part of move request is done within this section.

Use the following procedure to define additional stops for move request.
Adding an Extra Stop
1. Access MoversSuite,
2. Find and open an Order,
3. Open the Extra Stops tab,
4. Press the Add button within the Extra Stop Information section and the Add Extra Stop dialog will appear,

5. Enter a Stop Type of either Pickup or Delivery,
6. Enter a unique Stop Number. This value represents the order in which the record appears within the Extra Stop Information grid and represents the order they are submitted to a third party. This number will be prepended by either “P” for a pickup or an “D” for delivery as denoted in the grid,

Note: The Stop Number can be changed though the Edit feature.
7. Enter a Date Range for the service (optional),
8. Enter a Time Range for the service (optional),
9. Select an Agent from the provided list if associated to the location (optional). Note: Selecting an Agent will populate the Contact and Address Information automatically,
10. Enter Contact Information for the person at the stop location including Name, Company, Phone, and Country Code (optional),
11. Select a Location Type from the available list,
12. Enter Address data,
13. Enter Other Phone Information (optional),
14. Press Save to add the stop and Confirm dialog will appear requesting the user to add another stop (Yes) or to close (No).

To change the order in which the extra stops appear in, a user can Edit a selected record and change the Stop Number. Duplicate Stop Numbers for either pickup or delivery are not allow, so a user may have to rearrange or Delete records from the listing by changing other Stop Number.
