Search Option

Description

From State

Select from the list of available states that be included in the search.  Values entered here will be compared to what is specified within the Name, Address, Phone > Moving From > State field.

From Area

Select from the list of available areas to be included when searching Name, Address, Phone > Moving From > State data.

Areas represent a group of states as defined within the Mover’s Suite Administration > MMS > General > State Area setup.

To State

Select from the list of available states that be included in the search.  Values entered here will be compared to what is specified within the Name, Address, Phone > Moving To > State field.

To Area

Select from the list of available areas to be included when searching Name, Address, Phone > Moving To > State data.

Areas represent a group of states as defined within the Mover’s Suite Administration > MMS > General > State Area setup.

Load Date

Select a date to begin including records based on the Move Information > Load Dates (first column when Range is selected).

This field will default to the current date when accessed from within Long Distance Dispatch.

Delivery Date

Select a date to begin including records based on the Move Information > Delivery Dates (first column when Range is selected).

Orders which are

Choose to select records that are of the following types:

•      Assigned.  Orders that are assigned to a crew within dispatch.

•      Unassigned.  Orders that are not assigned to a crew within dispatch.

•      Both.  Include both assigned and unassigned orders within search (default).

Weight

Enter a minimum amount of weight assigned to the move to begin selecting records on.  The entry made here will be compared to the Move Information > Weight value.

Commodity

Select from the list of available commodities to base record selection upon.  The selection made here will be compared to the Move Information > Commodity value.
