This report lists all crew-assigned services, with complete service information, by branch for a given date range.

 

Parameters

 

Parameter	Description
Drill Down All	Select True to expand all display groupings when the report is generated or choose False to collapse all display groupings.
Service Date From	Enter the service date to begin selecting records on.
Service Date To	Enter the service date to end selecting records on.
Branch ID	Enter *(all branches) to include all branches, or select branches from the drop-down list.

The report is grouped by date of service then by crew member.

Detail Information

 

The report lists the following detailed items:

•      Shipper

•      Order Number

•      Move Type

•      Service Status

•      Coordinator

•      Job Start Time

•      Job End Time

•      Quantity (Cartons or Miles)

•      Weight

•      Origin Address

•      Destination Address

•      Origin Special Instructions

•      Destination Special Instructions

•      Equipment

•      Service Notes (set when service is created in Local Services)
