Dispatching Worksheet Report

This report lists all services by branch over a given period of time.  This report is designed as a worksheet for assigning crew and equipment to a service.  If the Crew & Equipment parameter is set to “True”, then the report will provide a separate listing of all active crew members and available equipment.

 

Optionally, the report will list crew and equipment availability.  See Crew by Branch report or Equipment by Branch report for more information on what is displayed for either.

Service Date From

 Enter the date of service to begin selecting records on.

Service Date To

Enter the date of service to end selecting records on.

Branch ID

Enter *(all branches) to include all branches, or select branches from the drop-down list.

Crew & Equipment

Select True to have the report include detailed information on crew and equipment availability.  See Crew by Branch report or Equipment by Branch report for more information on what is displayed for either.

Report Grouping

 

The report is grouped by Service Date then Branch then Service Type.

 

Header Information

 

No header information is displayed.

 

Detail Information

 

The report lists the following detailed items:

      Service Type (gray heading)

      Job Start Time (labeled as Job S)

      Job End Time (labeled as Job E)

      Requested Crew Members (labeled as Req. Crew)

      Shipper

      Origin Address (labeled as O)

      Order Number

      Destination Address (labeled as D)

      Move Type (labeled as MT)

      Weight (labeled as Wt)

      Miles (labeled as Mls)

      Coordinator (labeled as C)

      Service Notes (set when service is created in Local Services)

      Write-in area for drivers, equipment, and helpers
