Items defined within the Dispatch Status setup are available to a Local Dispatch user through a right-mouse click.

The options available through the Dispatch Status are defined within Mover’s Suite Administration > MMS > Local Service > Dispatch Status. The Status setting will appear as the menu option and on correspondence related to the status, such as the notification sent out upon a Dispatch Status change.
The Send Email option is used to indicate whether the type of status selected will be included as part of the automatic email service or not. See Email Options Settings for more information.

Use the procedure described below to add or update Dispatch Status records.
Adding to the Dispatch Status Settings
1. Access Mover’s Suite Administration,
2. Open MMS > Local Service > Dispatch Status,
3. Click in the Click here to add a new row box to add a new record,
4. Enter a Status as the text description for the menu option that will appear for the Dispatch Status options in Local Dispatch and on email correspondence generated from a status change,
5. Set the Send Email flag to include this item as part of the automatic email service. Refer to the Email Options Settings for usage,
6. Repeat Steps 3 through 5 to define other Dispatch Status options.
