User access to the Advance Setup areas within the MoversSuite Administration - web is controlled through User Setup > Personnel > Roles.  The table below illustrates the Personnel Roles that must be established to access the setup areas for Advances.

 

Personnel Role	Setup Area Accessed
AdvanceSetup	Accounting Setup > Advance Setup screen
AdvanceSetup and BranchSetup	Common > Branch Setup > Branch > Advance Setup section
AdvanceSetup and Personnel	User Setup > Personnel > General > Advance Setup section

 

Users not mapped to the AdvanceSetup role will be unable to access the Advance Setup screens and sections within the MoversSuite Administration - web.

A user with the roles defined as illustrated in the example above would have access to the following MoversSuite Administration - web setup areas.
