Once the survey has been performed in IGC QuickMove, the estimate can be imported back into MoversSuite where it can be booked as an order and processed.
The import process will automatically be triggered when a user finds and selects a record using the Find with the IGC option on.

Figure 6: Find orders window
The search results produced by the Find with the IGC option on will indicate which IGC database that the estimate is associated to.

Figure 7: Find results for an IGC search
Selecting a record from IGC search results will start the import process and a user will receive one or more of the following confirmation requests.
The following prompt is requesting the user choose to update the MoversSuite estimate with data that it was originally linked with or use the latest data established for the estimate in IGC. In other words, if the data source may have changed since the record was last imported and it is desired to use the more recent data reference, then a user should select Yes, otherwise, the selected estimate will be updated with the data source it was originally linked with.

Similarly, the following confirmation is prompting the user to update the data in MoversSuite for the estimate (Yes) or to not update the data (No).

Figure 9: Update MoversSuite estimate confirmation
If the estimate opened in MoversSuite is not linked to an IGC estimate, then the user will receive an option to either update the currently opened record (Update) or have the application create a new MoversSuite estimate (New)

Manually importing IGC estimates into MoversSuite
A user can manually import an estimate by choosing the Tools > Import Estimate option from the main toolbar. Unlike the Find, which will import the record selected by user from the search results, the Import Estimate option will import an estimate for the record currently opened in MoversSuite.

Figure 11: MoversSuite > Tools > Import Estimate
If the record opened in MoversSuite is already associated to an estimate, then the user will receive the following prompt requesting to update the estimate with data from IGC (Yes) or not (No).

Figure 12: Update MoversSuite estimate confirmation
If the opened MoversSuite record has no association to IGC, such as a lead not registered in IGC and no Estimate Number has been assigned, then a branch selector will appear requesting a branch to base a search on; the application is assuming that the opened record is going to be linked to a separate IGC estimate record, therefore it is performing a search.

Figure 13: Select a Branch dialog
After selecting the appropriate branch to search by, the application will open the Find IGC screen. Use this interface to select the appropriate IGC estimate to associate to the opened MoversSuite record.
