The error messages returned to the Third Party Interface Order Monitor for an SIRVA Registration Upload request will be created from both systems: MoversSuite and the SIRVA Hub. Messages from MoversSuite will be worded such as to specifically identify the cause of the problem and the field being referenced.
A typical error message from MoversSuite will be worded similar to the following:
Error: Booking Agent is not set for this order. Booking Agent is found within the Agents tab.
Messages from the SIRVA Hub will typically be in all uppercase lettering and may contain the ATS Program information. The ATS Program will help indicate where the upload process encountered an error as displayed in the table below.
