Administrators can set up invoice report documents to include a branch and/or van line image and opt to hide the branch header address from displaying on invoice output.

Placing a check in the box underneath the option will turn the option on for each report.

Report Name |
The Report Name refers to a report defined within the Reports setup table. If more than one invoice is in use, then separate Invoice Properties records will need to be defined for each. Refer to the Mover’ s Suite Administration > Common > Reports > Reports setup for a complete listing of defined reports. Read more within the Reports topic. |

Include Branch Image |
This is a flag that instructs the application to include the image specified for the branch of use on all invoices. The source of the image used is defined within the MoversSuite Administration (web) > Common >Branch Setup > Image URL field. Note: The image file must be loaded into the System folder within SQL Server Reporting Services (Report Manger). |

Include van line Image |
This is a flag that instructs the application to include the image specified for the van line on all invoices. The source of the image used is defined within the Administration > MMS > General > Van Line > Image URL field. Note: The image file must be loaded into the System folder within SQL Server Reporting Services (Report Manger). |

Hide Header Address |
When this flag is checked the address header for the branch will not appear at the top of each invoice. This option is provided for those who want to print on existing letterhead. |
