MoversSuite Administration - web > Accounting Setup > Materials
Carton information (Containers, Packing and Unpacking) imported from an IGC QuickMove estimate will need to be defined in MoversSuite. This is done through the Materials setup which also links the CPU data to Item Codes for possible revenue processing and for displaying on work tickets, etc.

Figure 18: MoversSuite Administration - web > Accounting Setup > Materials setup
MoversSuite recommends the following Materials be defined for CPU data imported from IGC QuickMove. Materials defined within this setup will be linked to known IGC QuickMove CPU codes within the XmlItemCode setup (refer to the XmlItemCode Setup for IGC Software Integration section).
Important: Avoid using duplicates when defining materials. Errors will occur when importing records from IGC QuickMove if more than one material is encountered with the identical name.
