Personnel assigned to the order must have a valid email address defined within MoversSuite Administration - web > User Setup > Personnel > Contact > Other Information > Email to receive automatic email notifications based on event changes defined within Email Options Settings.

 

The graphic below illustrates how the application identifies which users are to be recipients of the email.

Use the following procedure to update personnel records to have a valid email available for automatic email notifications.

 

Setting the Email Address on Personnel Records

1.   In MoversSuite Administration - web,

2.   Open User Setup > Personnel,

3.   Select an Employee from the available list or define a New one,

4.   Select the Contact tab,

5.   Press Edit,

6.   Enter a valid Email address,

7.   Press Save to keep the changes,

8.   Repeat Steps 3 through 7 to update the email address for other personnel records.
