Report Grouping

Header Information

 

The following data will appear within the heading section of this report:

•      Title of “Quote”,

•      Branch Information (Description, Address, City, State, Postal Code, Phone),

•      Quote Number,

•      Total Quote Amount,

•      Quote Date,

•      Customer Number,

•      Purchase Order Number,

•      Payer Information (Name, Address, City, State, Postal Code).

 

Detail Information

 

The report lists the following detailed items:

•      Shipper,

•      Salesperson,

•      Weight,

•      Miles,

•      Origin Address,

•      Destination Address,

•      Tariff,

•      Quote Item Information (Item Number, Description, Quantity 1, Quantity 2, Rate, Item Amount),

•      Total Quote Amount.

 

 

Effect of Grouped Quote Items

 

Quote Item records can be grouped together if the user elects to generate the quote with the Group feature on.  In this case, the grouped quote items will appear in a separate box within the detailed record listing section.  The title assigned to the group will appear above the inset.
