MoversSuite Administration (web) > User Setup > Security Profile
Two module definitions within the Security Profile setup link users to the Recurring Billing Setup and the Recurring Billing Management interfaces. The properties assigned to a profile through the Details tab in Security Profile setup are described in the table below. Use this table when updating user profiles.

Select the name of the module being linked to the opened profile (e.g. Recurring Billing Management and Recurring Billing Setup). |

Branch |
Associate the branches for order records that the user can access through Recurring Billing. |

Access Type |
Select Read Only to restrict users to viewing past billing runs and billing details only. These users will not be able to up runs and billing items only through Recurring Billing Generation or Select Full to grant users access to the module (Recurring Billing Setup, Recurring Billing Management) and all functionality. |

Manager |
Setting or removing the Manager flag has no effect on the module. |
