Security Profile Setup for Tasks

MoversSuite Administration (web) > User Setup > Personnel > User Setup > Security Profile

Access to Tasks functionality is controlled through Module settings within the Security Profile setup area.

Described in the table below are the MoversSuite modules that affect Tasks functionality. Use this table when updating the security profile of Tasks users.

Security Profile Module	Access Type grants the following MoversSuite Privileges
Claims	Read Only Users with Read Only access to the Claims module can only view tasks. Full Users with Full access to the Claims module can perform all task-related functions for the branches they are assigned; they will have Read Only access to all branches that they are not assigned. Full access allows a user to set Task Definitions and Task Group fields in Claim Details.
Order Information	Read Only Users with Read Only access to the Order Information module can only view tasks. Full Users with Full access to the Order Information module can perform all task-related functions for the branches they are assigned; they will have Read Only access to all branches that they are not assigned. Full access allows a user to set Task Definitions and Task Group fields in Name, Address, Phone.
Tasks	Read Only Users with Read Only access to the Tasks module can only view tasks for all assigned branches. Full Users with Full access to the Tasks module can perform all task-related functions for the branches they are assigned; they will have Read Only access to all branches that they are not assigned.
