Task items can be assigned to a particular user type associated to an order.  The user type can be linked to a Task Definition that, when associated to an order, retrieves the name of the user anticipated to complete the task.  The user type can also be set when manually creating a task item through the Add Task and Copy Task functions. 

 

 

 User types are particular users associated to an order as described in the table below, including the location in the MoversSuite where the type is assigned.

The user type is also referenced as the Responsible Person setting that is assigned to the Task Definition record and the Coordinator Type listed on the Task List report.
