The Monitor Orders flag must be set on contacts that will need to receive the email notification.
Access the Monitor Orders flag through the Account Profile Management interface, which is available through the application’s main toolbar by Tools > Manage > Account Profile. The field is visible through the Contacts grid.

Setting the Monitor Orders flag
1. Access the MoversSuite application,
2. Open the Account Profile Management interface through Tools > Manage > Account Profile,
3. Select an Account Profile from the list available through the drop-down menu,
4. Press the Edit button to allow changes to be made for the selected record,
5. Select a record within the Contacts grid,
6. Press the Edit button that is directly below the Contacts grid and the Edit Account Profile Contact dialog will appear,
7. Enter the Email address for the contact,
8. Click on Monitor Orders to place a check in the box next to the field label and to allow this contact to receive email notifications for Orders belonging to the Account Profile,
9. Press OK,
10. Press Save to keep the changes made,
11. Repeat the procedure to add other contact to the list of email notification recipients.
When either the Actual Load Date or Actual Delivery Date fields change for Orders that references the Account Profile, then all contacts set within the profile that have the Monitor Orders flag checked will received a notification.
